At Nazrana Designer, we take pride in the quality of our designer wear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all brand tags attached.
- Free from any makeup stains, perfume scents, or alterations.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and exclusivity, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-stitched or bespoke orders.
- Sale items (Only regular priced items may be refunded).
- Gift cards.
- Intimate apparel or accessories.
Note: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from Nazrana Designer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/SMS to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the garment.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa for Cash on Delivery orders) within 7 to 10 working days.
- Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this, please contact us at 0327 494-3530
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., a different size), please contact us 0327 494-3530
Shipping Returns
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Tracking: For orders over Rs. 5,000, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like TCS or Leopard). We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
